Will pressure washing damage my siding, roof, or paint?
Not when the right method is used. We match the equipment to the surface: siding and roofs get a low-pressure soft wash, while concrete and pavers can handle more pressure. Nothing is washed at a setting the material can't take, and we confirm the approach with you at the walkthrough before any work begins.
Do you use soft washing?
Yes. Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution to remove algae, mildew, and organic growth. It's our standard method for siding, roofs, and any surface where high pressure could cause damage.
Are your cleaning solutions safe for plants and pets?
We take standard precautions on every job: plants and landscaping near the work area are rinsed before and after washing, and we ask that pets stay indoors while we work. If there's anything you're concerned about, point it out at the walkthrough and we'll plan around it.
